Resetting Citrix Workspace

If you are experiencing issues with Citrix Workspace, resetting it may help resolve the problem. Follow these steps to reset Citrix Workspace:

1. Open "hidden icons" tray by clicking the "carrot" at the bottom right of your screen.

2. Right click the Citrix icon within the tray and select "Advanced preferences".

3. Within the Advance Preferences menu, select "Reset Citrix Workspace"

4. Once Citrix has been reset, proceed to log-in by opening the "hidden icons" tray again, then selecting "Sign in...".

Proceed to log-in using your EPIC credentials.
